Badminton: Grip, Footwork

Demonstrates the proper method of gripping the racquet, and introduces the concept of speed lines in developing footwork that gets the player to any point on the court in a hurry. Services shown are the low short forehand and backhand, the high deep, the flick, and the drive serves. Diagram, slow-motion and stop-action replays help to illustrate various positions.
