Anger and How to Cope

Complete Record: A man and his family are enjoying a picnic in a public park. A group of boys are plying ball nearby. The ball is misdirected, knocking over a pitcher of juice which spills on the man. He becomes furious. Separate scenes follow depicting his possible reactions to an irritating incident. Subsequent situations show “anger energy” as a force for doing work, illustrating the concepts that anger can be either constructive or destructive. The result of “anger energy” is shown as it relates to personal growth, social changes, child labor reform, women’s suffrage, civil rights.
