AIR POLLUTION I084761 roll 52

This 10-minute outtake reel from the same air pollution documentary collection shows a board meeting with multiple speakers, described simply as "outtake footage board meets speakers." The thumbnail shows a dark interior scene that appears to be a formal institutional meeting, consistent with footage of an air pollution control board or governmental regulatory body convening to discuss the environmental crisis. Together with rolls 15 and 30, this reel forms part of an unedited documentary archive capturing the political and institutional response to air pollution in America — likely from the late 1960s or early 1970s — preserving raw footage that was never included in a final cut.
