Complete Record: Disclaimer that sterilization should be discussed with both husband and wife, and consent forms signed. A white medical table is shown. A black cloth covers instruments. It is folded to reveal disposable scalpel, tweezers, scissors (forceps?), Syringe, bandages, wire. A hand holds a vial of Xylocaine (Lidocaine), an anesthetic. The syringe is loaded with anesthetic by another pair of hands. A scrotum is held between the finger and thumbs of two hands. The fingers rub and examine them. Anesthetic is injected with a shot under the skin in the balls. Hands are still pinching them. An incision is made. A shot of a white male doctor in scrubs and mask doing the surgery. They pinch the Vas Deferens with forceps. Vasectomy surgery. 4 pairs of forceps in the process. stitching up the wound. Removed a portion of the Vas Deferens.
