A Place in the sun

Description: This film reveals the work being accomplished by doctors and specialists working in schools especially for the treatment of cerebral palsy. Children are seen being helpted to improve their muscular co-ordination and learning to do things for themselves such as putting on shoes, doing up buttons, and handling a knife and fork. Shows through patient handling by their instructors, the children are enabled to return to their own homes where the treatment is carried on by their parents under supervision.
