Description: Documents the intricate process by which Marc Chagall creates a new set of stained glass windows for the Art Institute of Chicago. The antique glass factory where the glass is manufactured as well as the world famous glass atelier of Charles and Brigitte Marq where the windows are assembled and shown. In Chagall's studio in the south of France, the master is seen bringing the windows to life by making corrections and adding detail.
