40 Minutes of School Reform (1974)

The National Commission on Reform of Secondary Education interviewed leading educators, Government officials, and special interest groups, and made onsite investigations into the school systems. This film is a compilation of interviews with such people, expressing their ideas on college / university / education reform. Many of their views reflect the increasing progressive trend of the early 70s.
