3 Beach Wind Mill Plane (silent)

Description: Possibly footage for a Mode-Art production - appears to be a location scouting mission and/or documentation of windmill siting in rural and wilderness areas of Wyoming and Colorado. The roll concludes with home-movie-like footage of children playing outdoors in front of a house.
