Description: 16mm Film - Solving Conflicts - USA 1988 Directed by: Dan Jackson Written by: Ed Schuman Cinematography by: Dick Buckley Music by: Lisa Brenneis and Jamie Muhoberac Starring: Anthony DiMaria, Fitz Houston et al. As a group of 11-year-olds struggles to finish the scenery in time for the school play, conflicts flare up and block their progress. Lori and Teresa argue over who gets the paint, and the paint ends up on Lori's shoes. With the help of their student teacher, the group searches for better ways to handle conflict. Using lifely 'theater games' (role play) and real situations, they discover 'Uncle Al's secret formula', ways to change potential arguments or fights into good communication and closer friendships. A.L.S. stands for: A = Agree to work it out L = Listen to each other S = Solve the problem so everybody wins Während eine Gruppe von 11-Jährigen sich bemüht, das Bühnenbild für die Schulaufführung rechtzeitig fertig zu stellen, flammen Konflikte auf und blockieren ihr Vorankommen.
