What happens to a committed company youth spokesperson who comes into conflict with the works council, colleagues and the company management when asserting justified demands? A company youth spokesperson demands a special break room for the young people, to which they are entitled under the Youth Employment Protection Act. As the works council finds the demand inconvenient at this time, interim solutions are found, which in turn bring the young people into conflict with older colleagues. The unrest in the company prompts the management to approve the break room. However, it becomes clear that the management will have little interest in continuing to employ the company youth spokesperson after his journeyman's examination.
