Der Film begleitet Stefanie und Heiko, ein Geschwisterpaar im Grundschulalter, auf ihrem täglichen Schulweg in die Ahrtalschule mit einem Schulbus des Reisedienstes von Manfred Fuhrmann. In deutlich voneinander abgesetzten Teilen 'Weg zur Haltestelle' - 'Haltestelle' - 'Fahrt' - 'Aussteigen' und 'Rückfahrt' werden mögliche Gefahren gezeigt und situationsangemessenes Verhalten initiiert. Besondere Problemsituationen werden durch Standbilder verdeutlicht. The film accompanies Stefanie and Heiko, a pair of siblings of primary school age, on their daily journey to the Ahrtal School on a school bus operated by Manfred Fuhrmann's travel service. Possible dangers are shown and appropriate behavior is initiated in clearly separated sections 'Way to the bus stop' - 'Bus stop' - 'Ride' - 'Getting off' and 'Return journey'.
