Kampfsport hilft den Jugendlichen, Körpergefühl und Fairness zu trainieren. Im Freizeitheim ist Disco angesagt, für Michael verboten - statt einer Begründung gibt sein Vater ihm eine Ohrfeige. Als Paul, schon 23, seine Freundin anmacht, schlägt Michael zu. Alle Fairness ist vergessen, die Jungs spielen die Helden. Ausgerechnet jetzt hat Kalle - im Wettkampf mit Seymen - Pauls Auto geknackt, für Fossi und andere Anlass zu einer Spritztour, die, von der Polizei entdeckt, mit einem Unfall endet. Kirsten, als Einzige von der Polizei erwischt und der Mittäterschaft verdächtigt, will trotz väterlichen Drucks keinen verraten - die Freunde wollen sie aber auch nicht hängen lassen. Kirsten, the only one caught by the police and suspected of complicity, refuses to betray anyone despite pressure from her father - but her friends don't want to let her down either.
