The Seebold family is to vacate their apartment because the house is being demolished as part of 'redevelopment measures'. The search for a new apartment proves difficult. The proposed replacement apartment is too small, the suitable apartments from newspaper advertisements are associated with too great a landlord's requirements or are simply too expensive. How should Seebolds decide? The advantages and disadvantages of the three apartments visited are summarized in a pantomime at the end of the short film.
